PAYMENT POLICY:
Customers can choose to pay for items using PayPal or by entering their credit card information. Items will not be shipped until the payment method is cleared. If you have trouble making a payment please contact our customer support at roylerags@gmail.com.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Items purchased from roylerags.com are shipped in usps packaging in which each item is individually wrapped. Shipping is free both nationally and internationally with orders over $49.99. The standard flat rate shipping and handling cost under $49.99 orders is $4.20. International shipping delivery may add an additional (two to four weeks?) to the estimated delivery arrival.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
All inquiries involving refunds and exchanges must be addressed to roylerags@gmail.com. Refunds and exchanges are valid 30 days within purchasing an item/items.
